Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited signed a mutual trade-mark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement governing both marks under English law.
Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited have signed the Mutual Trade Mark Coexistence, Consent & Licensing Agreement, dated 30 April 2026 and governed by English law.
The agreement fully cross-licenses both the registered Credicorp mark and the Creditcorp mark between the two companies, so both spellings can be used across the group's estate with a single, documented basis.
