The group does not publish personal staff inboxes. Genuine staff correspondence comes from the department addresses on this page — a personal-looking address claiming to be staff should be verified before you reply.

Regulatory & compliance
The legal and data-protection routes, including the regulator portal managed on the platform.
Human resources
Hiring runs through the careers site; the HR portal serves current staff.
International
The group's companies are UK-registered with one related Australian entity. There is no separate international inbox — the UK routes serve worldwide correspondence.
Development & technical
The technical routes: the partner API, responsible disclosure and mail operations.
One caution. The group never asks by email for a full banking password, a one-time passcode, a move to a personal chat app, an upfront fee to release money, or payment to newly announced bank details. Any one of those means the message is not genuine — forward it to security@credicorp.co.uk without clicking its links.
