How complaints are routed for the operating lender and for this publication.
Complaints about a loan, an account or service go to complaints@credicorp.co.uk. The lender aims to resolve complaints directly and keeps a written record of each one.
Because the lending is to incorporated companies, the consumer-credit route to the Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply. This is a consequence of the borrower being a company; the complaints process itself runs regardless.
Complaints about the content of this directory site go to the publisher through the same address and are handled by CM Beyer Limited.
